Pastoral Support this Summer

This summer, if you are in need of support, please reach out to the below organisations.

- If you need someone to talk to, call or text freephone 1737 to speak to a counsellor

- If you need food, try City Mission, 276 Hereford Street. They will be able to point you to a food bank in your area. Our Kairos Free Store is open again from 311 St Asaph St.

Priorities

As you know, our priority as a church has been to love and serve all people and to share the love of Jesus. We are passionate about sharing the gospel and helping people grow in their faith. Our goals in this season are to continue to do that, to stay united, to stay safe, and to follow the law.

It is always difficult to make these decisions, but we want to love and support all people as best we can. We have a number of extremely vulnerable people in our communities, and we feel that it will be safer to proceed in this manner given the fact that Covid will soon be spread throughout our nation.

We are pulling teams together to pastorally care for people, especially those who need to self-isolate if they get sick. If you need support or would like to help, click the button below.

Our key principles at this time are:

personal

As a church, we want to personally stay in touch with you. If you are not currently on our database and would like to be contacted, please sign up by clicking the button below.

proactive

This is an opportunity to reach out to each other and those immediately around us.

If you need support or would like to join our support team for those who are self-isolating, please email us.

protective

We all need to follow government health advice and continue to do all we can to protect our vulnerable from this virus.

prayerful

Let’s stay close to God during this time!
